The Cothrens' Move To Idaho Part 1

As you may know Jimmy got a job with Utah Helicopter as a mechanic. We found out on Wednesday February 4. As soon as we found out we went into planning mode. We made a trip to Idaho that Friday, so we could take the dogs to Idaho and two cars so we could leave one behind since we have 3 cars. While we were in Idaho we went out looking for a place to live, luckily we found one that we really really liked. So we put in for it and waited. Monday night we left Aberdeen to head to Salt Lake, cause Tuesday morning Jimmy had to go and meet with the big bosses. Of course that night we hit a pretty bad snow storm on the way to Salt Lake. The roads were super slick in certain spots. It was scary! I was never so happy to get to our hotel room. After Jimmy meet with his new bosses we decided to leave during the day since the roads had sometime to melt off, and clear up a bit. We decided that since we didn't have the dogs we were going to make the 4 hour trip to Mesquite, NV, and get a hotel room at a casino. We did a little gambling. Luckly Jimmy ended up walking out of the casino with $385.00 after sitting down with $40.00. After a good nights sleep we ended up getting up early and driving back into San Deigo. Now its a blur of packing, cleaning, and getting things lined up so we can move around the first of March. Good news, we ended up getting the place in Idaho that we wanted! So hopefully things will keep going smoothly for us! Wish us luck! I'll try and keep you posted on things!
